SuCu Technology Hong Kong Company Limited., Limited(hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"), as the operator of the "JuChaCha" application, understands the importance of personal information to you. We will protect the security of your personal information and privacy in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") aims to clearly and completely explain to you how we collect, use, store, share, transfer and protect your personal information when you use our products and services, as well as your rights to manage personal information.

1.1 Information Necessary for the Realization of Core Business Functions
- ·Account Registration and Login: When you fill in your name, email address and set a password to create an account, we will collect your name and email address information for account creation, identity verification, and provision of basic services.
- ·Information Browsing and Interaction: When you publish content, comment, like, or repost, we will collect text, pictures, videos, audio and other information you actively submit, as well as records of your interactive behavior, for content display, distribution and community operation.
- ·Information you provide when using JuChaCha, including your name, region, avatar, tags, personal introduction and other information you enter on the page or other information read by the system after your authorization, as well as necessary information involved in using the products/services provided on this page.
- ·If you need to upload pictures, you need to authorize us to access the album or external storage information, otherwise we will not be able to obtain the picture content in your device.
- ·When you edit your personal homepage, you can edit your nickname, avatar, gender and location information, and you can actively fill in extended information such as a profile according to the actual situation. If you refuse to provide extended information, it will not affect your editing of your personal homepage or use of other functions of JuChaCha. If you need to change your avatar, you need to authorize us to access the album or external storage information, otherwise we will not be able to obtain the file content in your device.
- ·When you use the search service we provide, we will collect your search keyword information, search history records, and device information. In order to provide efficient search services, part of the information will be temporarily stored in your local device.
- Please note that search keyword information alone cannot identify your personal identity and does not belong to your personal information, so we have the right to use it for other purposes; only when your search keyword information is linked to your other information and can be combined to identify your personal identity, we will treat your search keyword information as your personal information and process and protect it together with your search history records in accordance with this Statement.
- ·When you copy or follow information, we need to access your clipboard and read the passwords, copy codes, and links contained therein to realize functions or services such as jumping and sharing, helping you open the copied or followed content, and improving your product experience.
- JuChaCha will upload the clipboard content to our server only when it locally identifies that the content belongs to the JuChaCha jump instruction. In addition, JuChaCha will not upload other information in your clipboard to our server. Some mobile terminal system will prompt that the App is reading the clipboard, but this system prompt cannot distinguish whether the clipboard information is collected, and false positives are not excluded. Therefore, if you find a similar prompt, please contact us so that we can locate the problem.
1.2 Information That May Be Collected for Other Additional Functions (You May Choose Whether to Authorize)
·Camera/Album Permission: Used for you to upload avatars, publish picture or video content. If you refuse to authorize, you will only be unable to upload files through this method, which will not affect other functions.
·Location Information: Used for city-specific content recommendations or related featured services. If you refuse to authorize, we will not collect it, and related location-based services will not be available.
·Notification Permission: Used to push system notifications, private messages, event reminders, etc. to you. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to receive in-app message pushes.
1.3 Exceptions to Obtaining Authorization and Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, collection of your personal information in the following circumstances does not require your authorization and consent:
·Related to national security and national defense security;
·Related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
·Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.;
·For the purpose of protecting the major legitimate rights and interests such as the life and property of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;

3.1 Sharing

4. How We Store and Protect Your Personal Information
· Storage Location: Personal information collected and generated during our operation within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory.
· Storage Period: We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy and within the minimum period required by laws and regulations. After the above period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

· Account Cancellation: You can find the account cancellation entrance in "Me" - "Settings" - "Account and Security" in the application. After cancellation, we will stop providing products and services to you, and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.
· Response to Your Request: If you are unable to exercise your rights through the above methods, or if you have other comments or questions, you can contact us through the contact information provided at the end of this Policy. We will respond to your request within 15 working days.
6. How We Handle Minors' Personal Information
Our products and services are mainly for adults. If you are a minor under the age of 14, please be sure to read this Policy accompanied by your guardian, and use our services after obtaining the consent of your guardian.
If you are a minor over 14 but under 18 years old, it is recommended that you ask your guardian to read this Policy carefully, and use our services after obtaining the consent of your guardian.
We will not collect personal information of minors when we are clearly aware that the other party is a minor. If we find that we have collected personal information of minors without the consent of the guardian, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
